- Construct cell-based arrays displaying glycoprotein
- CD BioGlyco constructs glycoprotein-producing cell lines by transfecting genes in parental cell lines under selection pressure and repeating several rounds of clonal selection. We offer two main types of cell lines: Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) and human embryonic kidney 293 (HEK293) cells. - With the support of nuclease genetic engineering, our talented team engineers mammalian cells by combinatorial knockout (KO) and knockin (KI) of glycosylated genes. Results: In this study, cell-based mucin displays were constructed from HEK293 isogenic cells and bound to three adhesins (HsaBR, GSPBR, and NCT10712BR), respectively. All three adhesins were found to bind tightly to different O-glycan structures and different subpopulations of mucin tandem repeats (TRs). Analysis of the binding properties of the adhesion proteins identified specific O-glycan structures and screened for mucin TR sequences. The high-intensity mucins TRs display information indicates the mucin display platform for the discovery and dissection of interactions with O-glycans on mucins.

Applications of Cell-based Glycoprotein Array
