Cytarabine Hydrochloride for Injection Analysis Service
Precision and Accuracy for Cytarabine Hydrochloride Analysis
Cytarabine hydrochloride for injection is a sterile lyophilized product of cytarabine hydrochloride. Cytarabine hydrochloride is a cytotoxic agent used for hematological malignancies and lymphomas. CD BioGlyco provides reliable cytarabine hydrochloride for injection analysis service. Our mature experience and expertise in Pharmaceutical Analysis enable us to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. Moreover, we provide professional Biological Evaluation and Pharmaceutical Excipient Analysis services.
- Rapid identification service
Our lab provides rapid and simple identification services:
- Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer
- Infrared absorption spectroscopy
- Chloride identification
- Acidity test
- Clarity test
- Moisture test
- Cytarabine hydrochloride and related substance determination
- We provide a high-sensitive substance determination service through thin-layer chromatography (TLC), non-aqueous titration, and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Moreover, we test the limit of quantification, minimum detection, and peak purity for HPLC analysis.
- Based on the effect of electrolytic current on the intensity of chemiluminescence, our researchers measure the concentration by controlling the current level. We provide trace, high-speed, and automated flow injection chemiluminescence analysis to our clients.
- Bacterial endotoxin test
We utilize Tachypiens amebocyte lysate (TAL) or Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) to detect bacterial endotoxins produced by gram-negative bacteria to determine if the bacterial endotoxins in cytarabine hydrochloride for injection comply with standards. We usually use the gel-clot, turbidimetric, and chromogenic.
- Abnormal toxicity determination
At CD BioGlyco, mouse and guinea pig model groups are established and administered the drug intravenously. The animals are observed for abnormal reactions or deaths within a specified period and are examined for contaminating exogenous toxic substances and other unsafe factors.

Results: In this work, researchers synthesized and characterized cytarabine hydrochloride nanoparticles. The in vitro drug release results showed that cytarabine hydrochloride nanoparticles effectively prolonged the lifespan of mice. Pharmacokinetic studies on the mouse model revealed that cytarabine hydrochloride was still detectable after 24 h. Therefore, the cytarabine hydrochloride nanoparticles delivery system has a significant effect in the treatment of lymphoma.
