Glucose and Sodium Chloride Injection Analysis Service

Glucose and Sodium Chloride Injection Analysis Service

Precision and Accuracy for Your Critical Glucose and Sodium Chloride Injection Analysis Needs

Glucose and sodium chloride injection is a compounded formulation of glucose or anhydrous glucose and sodium chloride. Glucose is one of the main sources of calories in the body. Sodium and chloride are important electrolytes in the body and are found mainly in the extracellular fluid. It can be used to replace fluid losses, as an energy source, and to restore or maintain sodium and chloride ion concentrations. Therefore, it is very necessary to conduct composition determination and safety assessment of the injection solution. CD BioGlyco provides clients with an accurate and reliable injection analysis service. Moreover, we provide high-level Pentoxifylline and Glucose Injection Analysis, Glycerol Fructose and Sodium Chloride Injection Analysis, and Inosine and Glucose Injection Analysis.

  • CD BioGlyco provides the following fast and basic analytical services:
    • pH test
    • Microfiltration analysis
    • 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural
    • Heavy metal analysis
    • Optical rotation test
    • Precipitation reaction identification
    • Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer
    • Titration test
    • Bacterial endotoxin test
  • Residual solvent analysis
We identify a detailed analysis of solvent residues in injection by headspace-gas chromatography (HP-GC). We conduct multiple tests on precision, stability, and specificity to ensure optimal separation conditions.
  • Antioxidant migration and content analysis
We provide evaluation services for the content and migration of antioxidants in injection systems. High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is used to determine the migration of antioxidants in injections. In addition, we provide visual injection concentration analysis services.
  • Safety evaluation
Our researchers provide one-stop Pharmaceutical safety evaluation services including animal model construction, drug administration protocols, to in vitro testing services. After injection, we observe the status of each animal, such as shivering, coughing, convulsions, dyspnea, incontinence, shock and death, and other allergic reactions, and the appearance and disappearance time of symptoms. In addition, we also analyze the red blood cells for hemolysis, partial hemolysis, or coagulation to provide comprehensive animal experimental data.

Publication Data

Technology: Thermo-elastic optical indicator microscope (TEOIM), Visualization

Journal: Scientific reports

Published: 2021

IF: 4.6

Results: In this work, researchers used the TEOIM to examine the effects of microwave radiation on sodium chloride and glucose solutions of different concentrations. The results showed that the concentrations of sodium chloride and glucose were negatively correlated with the intensity of magnetic microwave near-field (H-MWNF). As the concentration increases, the intensity of H-MWNF decreases instead. Moreover, TEOIM provides a new method for the development of dynamic visualization of complex liquids.
