Iodipamide Meglumine Injection Analysis Service

Iodipamide Meglumine Injection Analysis Service

Accurate Analysis Decoding Iodipamide Meglumine Injection for You

Iodipamide meglumine injection is a developer used in X-ray testing that helps doctors see certain parts of the body more clearly, such as the bile ducts and kidneys. Its core ingredient, iodipamide meglumine, is an iodide that absorbs X-rays. Iodipamide meglumine Injections are analyzed for information about their content, composition, effects, side effects, etc., which is important for drug discovery and drug regulation. With extensive expertise in the field of Pharmaceutical Analysis, CD BioGlyco provides a comprehensive array of injection analysis services, encompassing Hyaluronidase Injection Analysis Service, Iron Sorbitex Injection Analysis Service, Iron Sucrose Injection Analysis Service, and iodipamide meglumine injection analysis service.

  • We provide comprehensive composition analysis services. Iodipamide meglumine injection is mainly composed of iodipamide, glucosamine, and other auxiliary ingredients. The methods we use to analyze iodipamide meglumine injection include but are not limited to high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography (GC), and infrared spectroscopy (IR). These methods can quantitatively or qualitatively analyze each component of iodipamide meglumine injection and are characterized by accuracy, sensitivity, and rapidity.
  • We observe and analyze the dose-effect relationship of iopamine glucosamine injection through animal experiments and in vitro experiments. We also analyze the side effects and toxicity of iopamine glucosamine injection, etc. using toxicology experiments according to your needs.

Results: The central conclusion of this paper is that the use of a non-invasive nuclear MR imaging cholangiography method allows for the assessment and long-term monitoring of biliary tract disease in mice. The use of iodipamide meglumine as an MR contrast agent improves visualization of the bile ducts and reduces scanning time. The researchers have developed a non-invasive method for cholangiography in mice by injecting mice with iodipamide meglumine, followed by micro-CT and MR imaging. Real-time visualization and reconstruction of the bile duct structure in mice were performed using micro-CT and MR imaging. The authors provided biliary contrast agents by administering intraperitoneal or intravenous injections to mice. Depending on the body surface area of the mice and the initial scans, injections were administered using progressively increasing doses of iodipamide meglumine. In MR imaging, the injection of iodipamide meglumine clearly showed the gallbladder, extrahepatic bile ducts, and intrahepatic bile ducts, which is promising for the study of biliary diseases in mice.
