Results: In this study, a spectrophotometric method for the simultaneous determination of voglibose, metformin, and pioglitazone was developed. The accuracy and precision of the method were also tested and statistically validated. The results showed that the method gave high recoveries for the three substances with relative standard deviations less than 2%. The method is sensitive, reproducible, selective, and rapid. It can be used for the analysis of these three substances.
