Typhoid Vaccine Evaluation Service

Typhoid Vaccine Evaluation Service

Trust in Our Expertise, Rely on Our Accuracy to Evaluate Typhoid Vaccine

CD BioGlyco has professional analytical systems and highly industry-experienced staff to provide Pharmaceutical and Biological Analysis services including Pharmaceutical Analysis, Biological Evaluation, and Pharmaceutical Excipient Analysis. Typhoid vaccines are a class of vaccines that prevent typhoid fever, mainly divided into oral vaccines and injectable purified Vi polysaccharide vaccines. We provide a comprehensive evaluation service for typhoid and paratyphoid A combined vaccine, typhoid and paratyphoid A & B combined vaccine, and Vi polysaccharide typhoid vaccines. Moreover, we also provide other vaccine evaluation services:

  • Seed-based detection service
    • Based on strains or bacterial fluids, we offer high-quality serological tests, quantitative agglutination tests, virulence tests, toxicity tests, and immunity tests.
  • Typhoid vaccine analysis service
CD BioGlyco has well-established staff to provide the following testing services quickly and accurately. Our team provides the most complete analytical solutions for bulk, final bulk, and final typhoid vaccines.
    • Bulk analysis: We provide simple and rapid bulk evaluation services including dyeing microscopy, agglutination tests, concentration determination, and sterility tests. Especially, we provide high-quality immunity assay service. The stock solution is pre-treated and injected into mice with qualified body weight. The final injection is followed by a virulence attack and observation of the status of the immunized mice.
    • Final bulk and final typhoid vaccine analysis
Our team provides comprehensive and high-quality testing services such as residue content analysis, appearance evaluation, etc.
      • pH test
      • Abnormal toxicity examination
      • Free formaldehyde content
      • Bacterial shape and pure bacteria examination
      • Sterility test
      • Agglutination test
      • Immunity test
      • Bacterial suspensions
      • Phenol content
      • Impurity determination

Publication Data

Technology: Gene haplotype analysis, Genomics of the immune response to polysaccharide vaccines

Objective: Association between polymorphisms in genes and antibody response

Journal: The HUGO Journal

Published: 2009

Results: In this work, researchers found a low correlation between post-vaccination antibody levels and pre-vaccination antibody levels. In other words, vaccination in the presence of high antibody levels also resulted in a strong antibody response. Of the 283 immune response candidate genes, the researchers screened and obtained seven genes, IL1RL1, CTLA4, CD86, TLR1, DEFB1, MAPK8, and IL17D, which showed significant allelic, genotypic, and haplotypic associations with the immune response to typhoid vaccine. Among them, TLR1 was shown to be associated with host response to the vaccine.
