This advanced far-red to near-infrared fluorescent probe features the heptamethine cyanine dye Cyanine 7.5, exhibiting even longer wavelength absorbance and emission for enhanced deep tissue imaging capabilities, conjugated through a flexible polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer to mannose.
