Glycogene Overexpression Service

Glycogene Overexpression Service

Principle of Glycogene Overexpression

As a traditional molecular biology technique, gene overexpression still plays an important role in biological research. The coding region sequence (CDS) of the target gene is cloned into the corresponding plasmid or viral vector. The promoter constructed on the backbone is used to drive the expression of the target gene, so that many transcriptions and translations of the gene can be realized under artificially-controlled conditions, to realize the overexpression of the target gene. In addition, reporter genes can be selected for tracing or screening of resistance genes. Tool vectors usually include prokaryotic expression vectors, common eukaryotic expression vectors, lentiviral vectors, adeno-associated viral vectors, adenoviral vectors, and retroviral vectors. The characterization of glycogen-overexpressed genes may constitute a strategy to identify drivers of the progression of disease targets while providing new directions in improving the production of polysaccharides.

Glycogene Overexpression Service at CD BioGlyco

The development of glycogene overexpression technology promotes the production of polysaccharides, the targeted cure of glycogen diseases, and the expression of cell lines. CD BioGlyco has a set of mature and stable gene overexpression experimental systems and provides three kinds of overexpression modes, including constructing the overexpression of exogenous genes, clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats synergistic activation mediator (CRISPR SAM), and small activating RNA (saRNA).

We provide a total service from cell to animal: services from cell gene expression regulation, cell function verification, mouse disease model establishment to phenotype analysis. The overexpression cell lines constructed by our company still maintain stable overexpression traits after a dozen or more generations of cell passages. Overexpression cell lines achieve tens or hundreds of times overexpression levels with significantly higher expression after regulation.

We have a strict quality control system: double detection of bacteria, mycoplasma, and other microorganisms, 100% to ensure no contamination. Fully identify the overexpression effect of the target gene (vector map, sequencing results, and detailed experimental reports) so that clients do not take a detour in overexpression research.
