Properties
Description
This sophisticated pH-responsive polymer conjugate features poly(4-vinylpyridine) (P4VP), a polymer exhibiting significant changes in its physical properties in response to variations in pH, covalently linked via a hydrophilic and biocompatible polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer to glucose. This high-purity reagent provides a versatile tool for creating glucose-decorated nanocarriers or hydrogels capable of triggered release of encapsulated cargo in response to the acidic microenvironment of tumors or endosomes.
