This sophisticated pH-responsive polymer conjugate features poly(4-vinylpyridine) (P4VP), a polymer exhibiting significant changes in its physical properties in response to variations in pH, covalently linked via a hydrophilic and biocompatible polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer to mannose.
