Description

Helix pomatia lectin (HPA) is isolated from edible snail and specially binds to N-acetylgalactosamine. Inhibiting or eluting sugar: α-N-acetylgalactosamine > β-N-acetylgalactosamine. This product can be used in glycobiology, immunochemistry, immunofluorescence, western blot, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and affinity chromatography.
