Description
The microcolumn is prepared by conjugating 4% Agarose beads with affinity-purified Sambucus nigra lectin I (SNA-I). This column is prepacked to allow for maximum flow rates and the highest binding capacities. It can be used for mass spectrometry and proteomic analysis to analyze <100 µL samples.
