Strawberry (Fragaria ananassa) is a widely grown hybrid species of the genus Fragaria and contains the dimeric ellagitannin agrimoniin which is an isomer of sanguiin H-6. Other polyphenols present include flavonoids, such as anthocyanins, flavanols, flavonols and phenolic acids.
Strawberry extract was extracted from the fruits of Fragaria ananassa. It has the functions of clearing summer heat antipyretic and brighting eye and nourishing the liver. This product can be used in the research of cosmetic products and health care products.
