Mouse lipopolysaccharide-binding protein (LBP) ELISA kit is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative detection of mouse LBP in samples and its detection range is 50-100 µL.
Assay Principle
Mouse lipopolysaccharide-binding protein (LBP) ELISA kit is based on the Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) technique, specifically the sandwich ELISA method. The mouse LBP monoclonal antibody is pre-coated on the enzyme-linked plate. After adding the sample and biotinylated antibody to the plate, followed by washing with PBS or TBS, the plate is then incubated with peroxidase-labeled avidin. After thorough washing with PBS or TBS, the substrate TMB is added for color development. TMB, catalyzed by the peroxidase, turns blue and is transformed into the final yellow color under acidic conditions. The intensity of the color is directly proportional to the concentration of the target factor in the sample.
