LDK-378, soluble in warmed DMSO and ethanol and insoluble in water, is a protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor that has shown potent biochemical activity against ALK. It targets IGF-1R, Insulin receptor, Abl, Akt, ALK, Aurora A, BTK, c-Kit, c-Met, CDK2, and CDK4.
