Description

This formulation comprises bacitracin flexible nanoliposomes engineered with a highly deformable membrane structure to enhance carrier elasticity and encapsulate a high-molecular-weight cyclic polypeptide antibiotic. The structural framework consists of natural phospholipids combined with a specific surfactant edge activator that reduces membrane rigidity, allowing the integration of the large hydrophilic bacitracin complex into the central aqueous compartment and interfacial regions. This unique structural composition allows the vesicles to undergo significant shape deformation through micro-porous channels without undergoing structural breakdown.
