Description

This specialized formulation features Bacillus Calmette-Guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid flexible nanoliposomes engineered with enhanced membrane elasticity to encapsulate a complex biological extract. The structural matrix encapsulates the combined fractions of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin polysaccharides and nucleic acid polymers within its internal aqueous core, while the sub-micron phospholipid bilayer incorporates an optimized concentration of a membrane-softening edge activator (such as sodium cholate). The integration of the edge activator destabilizes the lipid bilayer packing just enough to drastically lower the membrane bending energy without causing vesicle lysis, allowing the nanoliposomes to undergo extreme structural deformation under mechanical stress.
