Description
AMG-458, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in ethanol and water, inhibits the enzymatic activity of the c-Met tyrosine kinase, the receptor of hepatocyte growth factor/scatter factor (HGF/SF), interfering with pathways leading to cell growth and metastasis. It targets c-Met (human), c-Met (V1092I), c-Met(D1228H), c-Met(H1094R), c-Met(M1250T), c-Met(Mouse), c-Met(Y1230H), and VEGFR2.
