Description
AZD-6094, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in ethanol and water, inhibits the enzymatic activity of the c-Met tyrosine kinase, the receptor of hepatocyte growth factor/scatter factor (HGF/SF), interfering with pathways leading to cell growth and metastasis.
