Cryptococcus neoformans Capsule Polysaccharide Antigen Production Service

Cryptococcus neoformans Capsule Polysaccharide Antigen Production Service

Cryptococcus neoformans Capsule Polysaccharide Antigen Production Service at CD BioGlyco

It has been shown that C. neoformans induces an exuberant inflammatory response leading to immune reconstitution in HIV-infected patients and solid organ transplant recipients receiving highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART). Thus, injury in the context of C. neoformans infection is associated with either a weak immune response or an exuberant inflammatory response. In the case of a weak immune response, the primary mechanism of injury is usually microbial-mediated. In the case of C. neoformans, most of the microbial components are podocarp polysaccharides.

CD BioGlyco provides Cryptococcus capsule polysaccharide antigen production services. Specifics include but are not limited to:

Results: As a result of studies, it has been found that in Cryptococcosis, damage to the host is determined by the virulence-determining clusters of the novel Cryptococcus, the nature of the host response, or both. Damage in the case of C. neoformans infections has been associated with a weaker immune response to being alive and stronger. In the case of a weaker immune response, the primary mechanism of injury is usually microbial-mediated. In the case of C. neoformans, the microbial component is likely to be podocarp polysaccharide. In contrast, in the case of a strong immune response, the primary mechanism of injury may be host-mediated, such as immune complexes or a Th1-type inflammatory response. C. neoformans infections result in a latent state, with the onset of disease representing reactivation.

Applications

  • Capsule polysaccharide is an important component of C. neoformans, and it can be used in the development of antifungal C. neoformans vaccines.
  • Capsule polysaccharides can be used to detect fungal infections.
  • Capsule polysaccharide can be used in compositional studies of C. neoformans.

Advantages

  • In the development of antifungal C. neoformans vaccines, we provide a variety of antigen-production services.
  • With our specialized vaccine development team, we provide a one-stop solution for antigen production and vaccine development.
  • Our antifungal vaccine development services help scientists to explore the symptoms of fungal infections in humans.

CD BioGlyco has established a specialized Vaccine Development Platform. In the Development of Antifungal Vaccines, we will provide a wide range of antigen production services.
