Description

This formulation provides cationic liposomal vancomycin featuring a strongly positive surface charge profile. The structural matrix incorporates a high proportion of cationic lipids into a phosphatidylcholine bilayer that encapsulates the large, hydrophilic glycopeptide antibiotic vancomycin within its central aqueous core.
