Description
Lentinan-PEG-chlorin e6, called Ce6-lentinan, represents a photosensitizer conjugate created by linking chlorin e6 to lentinan's β-glucan through PEG spacers. The photodynamic therapy system combines light-activated cytotoxicity with lentinan's immunostimulatory actions and DPPS fusogenic properties.
