These copolymer micellar drug-loaded nanoparticles (Copolymer micellar drug-loaded nanoparticles) are formed through the thermodynamic self-assembly of amphiphilic synthetic block copolymers. The micellar structure features a highly hydrophobic inner core that acts as a reservoir for organic chemical compounds alongside a highly hydrophilic outer corona. It displays a critical micelle concentration (CMC) that determines overall thermodynamic and kinetic stability in fluid environments.
