Description

This advanced engineered solid-core material features coumarin-6 loaded poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) nanoparticles. The sub-micron architecture consists of a rigid, self-assembled solid matrix of poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) that encapsulates the laser dye coumarin-6 (C6) uniformly throughout its solid matrix. This rigid solid-core configuration completely immobilizes the green-emitting dye within the solid polymer matrix, preventing rapid cargo leakage and shielding the active core from premature crystallization or photo-bleaching in open laboratory testing media.
