Description
Curcumin-loaded polycaprolactone-polyethylene glycol-polycaprolactone (PCL-PEG-PCL) hydrogels are amphiphilic block copolymer scaffolds containing a hydrophobic natural compound. The composition forms a thermosensitive gel that can stabilize the loaded molecule and provide a sustained release through matrix degradation. The structure is designed to improve the solubility and bioavailability of curcumin in experimental models.
