Cy7-labeled hyaluronic acid methacryloyl (HAMA) hydrogels are near-infrared fluorescent polymer networks. The composition features the Cy7 cyanine dye conjugated to the HAMA chain, allowing for deep-tissue optical imaging in non-human experimental models. The structure is highly hydrated and exhibits the characteristic viscoelastic properties of modified glycosaminoglycans.
