Description

This specialized formulation features danshensu flexible nanoliposomes engineered with enhanced membrane elasticity to encapsulate a water-soluble phenolic acid. The structural matrix incorporates the active compound danshensu within its central aqueous reservoir, while the phospholipid bilayer incorporates an optimized concentration of a membrane-softening edge activator (such as sodium cholate). The integration of the edge activator destabilizes the lipid bilayer packing just enough to drastically lower the membrane bending energy without causing vesicle lysis, allowing the nanoliposomes to undergo extreme structural deformation under mechanical stress.
