Dyngo-4a, soluble in DMSO and warmed ethanol and insoluble in water, is an effective cytoskeleton inhibitor, that has the ability to prevent the pathway of cytoskeletal signaling by inhibiting dynamin. It targets the DynI (brain), DynI (rec), and DynII (rec).
