Eurycomalactone enhances radiosensitivity through the arrest cell cycle at the G2/M phase and delayed DNA double-strand break repair. Eurycomalactone inhibits the activation of AKT/NF‑κB signaling, induces apoptosis, and enhances chemosensitivity to Cisplatin.
