Description

This specialized tracking formulation features fluorescein isothiocyanate detected N-hydroxy-N-phenyl-octanediamide liposomes. The structural matrix incorporates the hydrophobic histone deacetylase inhibitor N-hydroxy-N-phenyl-octanediamide (commonly known as vorinostat or SAHA) directly within the lipophilic tail regions of a phospholipid bilayer framework, whose exterior polar interface or internal aqueous core is fluorescently tagged with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
