Description

This highly complex macromolecular system features fluorescein isothiocyanate modified transactivator of transcription peptide, pegylated cyclosporin A and poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) integrated multifunctional nanoliposomes. The sub-micron architecture consists of a hybrid core-shell network composed of cyclosporin A (CsA) complexed with poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) polymer fragments, enveloped within a phospholipid shell dual-modified with transactivator of transcription (TAT) cell-penetrating peptides and fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) linked via polyethylene glycol (PEG) anchors. This multi-functional configuration introduces a precise green fluorophore tracking handle alongside a dense polymer-peptide brush layer, completely preventing physical particle aggregation.
