Description

This advanced composite tracking formulation features fluorescein isothiocyanate labeled poly(amidoamine) dendrimer-coated liposomes (FITC-PAMAM dendrimer-coated liposomes). The structural framework consists of a high-purity phospholipid vesicle core whose exterior boundary is completely enveloped by an electrostatically bound outer layer of hyperbranched poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimers pre-labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). This hyperbranched polymer modification introduces a highly positive surface potential and stable green fluorescent tracking parameters, shielding the lipid core and establishing an electrostatic repulsive barrier that prevents physical vesicle aggregation.
