Description

This advanced engineered sub-micron formulation features highly flexible cyclosporine loaded nanoliposomes. The sub-micron structural matrix incorporates the highly hydrophobic cyclic nonribosomal peptide cyclosporine directly within the lipophilic hydrocarbon tail domains of an ultra-flexible lipid bilayer shell formulated with membrane-deformability enhancers (such as sodium cholate or polysorbate surfactants). This precise molecular configuration significantly reduces the membrane bending elasticity modulus and alters sub-micron surface hydration parameters, completely preventing physical vesicle aggregation while completely suppressing cyclic peptide crystallization or rapid phase separation in open laboratory testing media.
