Description

This highly engineered system comprises fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled transmembrane peptide-polyethylene glycol-cationic liposomes (FITC-TAT-PEG-LIP). The vesicle structure incorporates a high proportion of cationic lipids that provide a strongly positive surface charge profile.
