Description

This product features folate-modified very low-density lipoprotein-binding peptide (VLPVP) pentapeptide-loaded core-shell nanoliposomes (FA-VLPVP CSNLs). The core is composed of a rigid lipid matrix containing the encapsulated hydrophilic VLPVP pentapeptide sequence. The outer shell is functionalized with a dense layer of folic acid ligands conjugated to hydrophilic spacer molecules. This structural arrangement ensures that the targeting ligands remain exposed on the outermost boundary of the nanoparticle.
