Description

This system comprises folate-modified tyrosine-glycine-leucine-phenylalanine (YGLF) tetrapeptide-loaded core-shell nanoliposomes (FA-YGLF CSNLs). The structure features a dual-layer architecture where the YGLF tetrapeptide is encapsulated within the internal core matrix. Folic acid molecules are conjugated to the distal ends of surface lipids to create an outer molecular recognition shell.
