Applications
N2-Isobutyryl-guanosine is a nucleoside analog. It can be used as a potent inhibitor of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in mammalian cells. It also can be used to inhibit insulin-like growth factor I and phosphorothioate monomers.
