This specialized formulation features heptamethine cyanine dye-modified liposomes (IR780-LPs). The structural matrix incorporates the lipophilic near-infrared fluorescent dye IR780 directly into the hydrophobic hydrocarbon tail domain of a high-purity phospholipid bilayer.
