Description

The complex structural framework encapsulates the hydrophilic amino acid L-arginine (L-Arg) and the near-infrared tricarboxylic dye indocyanine green (ICG) within its central aqueous reservoir, while its exterior surface is modified with specific targeting oligonucleotide aptamers (Apt) via polymer-lipid anchors. This precise surface modification alters the surface charge topography and creates a dense macromolecular ligand array combined with near-infrared tracking handles, completely preventing physical vesicle aggregation in open laboratory media.
