    • Molecular weight
      Matrix-associated laser dissociation/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry is currently available for the accurate determination of molecular mass in lectin analysis with high sensitivity and resolution. When using it in tandem with other mass spectrometry techniques, it is also possible to determine the sequence structure of the amino acids in the lectin.
    • Amino acid composition
      Determination of amino acid composition in lectins using an amino acid analyzer-ultraviolet spectrophotometer is an effective method.
    • Coagulant activity
      Coagulant activity is an important property of lectins. There are hemagglutination tests and tube methods for analyzing the coagulant activity of lectins. The core operation of the different experiments is: a sample of lectin is added to red blood cells and the coagulation effect is observed in the mixture at intervals.
  • In addition, we offer a semi-antigen inhibition assay and stability assay to test the glycoconjugation and stability of the lectin.
