Description

This advanced engineered tracking formulation features fluorescein labeled pegylated lipid nanoparticle complexes. The non-vesicular solid-core architecture self-assembles from a molecular blend of ionizable lipids, helper lipids, and cholesterol, whose exterior surface is modified with the green fluorophore fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) linked to the polymer-lipid anchor 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[carbonyl-methoxy(polyethylene glycol)] (DSPE-PEG).
