Description

This product consists of meglumine gadopentetate long-circulating liposomes (MG-LC LPs) configured for extended stability in aqueous environments. The vesicle core encapsulates the hydrophilic contrast agent meglumine gadopentetate within its inner aqueous space. The outer lipid bilayer is modified with methoxy-polyethylene glycol conjugated lipids to form a protective hydrophilic surface layer. This steric barrier prevents physical aggregation and reduces interactions with macromolecular complexes in solution.
