Description

These gold nanoparticles are pre-activated with N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester groups on their surface. This allows for immediate and spontaneous covalent coupling with primary amine groups under physiological-like laboratory conditions without the need for additional catalysts. The particles are provided in a stabilized form to preserve the reactivity of the NHS ester toward molecular targets.
