Poly(diacetone acrylamide-co-N-methylolacrylamide)/thermoplastic polyurethane (P(DAAM-co-NMA)/TPU) hydrogels are hybrid systems combining hydrogel and elastomer properties. The composition features a dual-network structure where the polyurethane provides toughness while the acrylamide copolymer provides water-swelling capabilities. This unique architecture results in a material with high fatigue resistance and energy dissipation.
