Properties
Description
Polyethylene glycol-modified gold@silver core-shell triangular nanoplates (PEG-Au@Ag triangular NPs) are anisotropic bimetallic nanostructures composed of a triangular gold plate template enclosed within a continuous, highly uniform silver shell, with the outer surface protected by PEG chains. The sharp corner topology yields intense localized electromagnetic field enhancements that are stabilized by the flexible polymer chains. This product exhibits exceptionally high extinction coefficients and tunable plasmon modes spanning the visible and near-infrared regions.
