Description
This complex formulation consists of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) ylated Prussian blue-coated magnetic drug-loaded nanoparticles with a highly ordered core-shell configuration. The composition includes a superparamagnetic iron oxide center shielded by a distinct crystalline coordination polymer framework. Its outer surface layer is thoroughly passivated to ensure long-term colloidal dispersion and resist ionic aggregation in complex saline test solutions.
