Description

This high-purity synthetic model formulation features phosphatidic acid and cardiolipin multi-anionic liposomes (Phosphatidic acid and cardiolipin anionic liposomes (PA/CL LPs)). The vesicular matrix self-assembles from a precise molecular blend of the di-anionic, four-acyl-chain phospholipid cardiolipin (CL) and the mono-anionic phospholipid phosphatidic acid (PA) combined with neutral phosphatidylcholine helper lipids.
