These pH/redox dual-responsive ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide-based conjugate drug-loaded nanoparticles (pH/redox dual-responsive Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide-based conjugate drug-loaded nanoparticles) feature a complex macromolecular structure derived from natural glucans. The chemical structure incorporates acid-labile hydrazone bonds and reduction-sensitive disulfide linkers conjugated directly onto the polysaccharide backbone. It displays highly selective structural collapse and cargo discharge whenever a drop in surrounding pH or an increase in reducing agent concentration occurs.
