Description

This specialized formulation features poly(2-ethyl-2-oxazoline)-modified liposomes (PEOz-LPs). The structural framework consists of a high-purity phospholipid vesicle core whose exterior polar interface is integrated with the pseudopeptidic polymer poly(2-ethyl-2-oxazoline) (PEOz) linked via polymer-lipid anchors. This non-ionic surface modification alters the surface hydration parameters, introduces a dense hydrophilic steric brush layer around the lipid headgroups, and exhibits a unique temperature- and pH-responsive conformational transition profile that prevents physical vesicle aggregation in open laboratory media.
