Description

This product consists of polyamine proliposomes formulated as a solid-state dry powder precursor matrix to enhance the stability of aliphatic polyamine compounds. The structure is composed of microcrystalline sugar or polyol carriers that support a uniform layer of dehydrated phospholipids and cholesterol alongside polyamine compounds (such as spermidine or spermine). This dry configuration completely prevents early chemical oxidation or premature leakage of the water-soluble organic cations during extended laboratory storage. Upon contact with an aqueous buffer, the solid matrix dissolves instantly, allowing the components to spontaneously form small liposomal vesicles enclosing the compounds.
